Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Senior Reliance Group LLC (“Senior Reliance Group,” “SRG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with seniorreliancegroup.com and our related forms, quizzes, telephone numbers, and communications (collectively, the “Site”). It should be read together with our Terms of Use & Disclosures. By using the Site, you agree to this Policy.
1. Who we are
Senior Reliance Group is a marketing, information, matching, and referral company. We collect limited information about what a consumer is seeking and attempt to connect that consumer with one or more independent third-party professionals or businesses (“Partners”). We are not a healthcare provider, insurer, or government agency, and we are not affiliated with any government agency, Medicare, Medicaid, or CMS.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide. When you use our quiz or forms, or contact us, we collect the information you choose to give us, such as your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code or general location, the category of assistance you are seeking, your quiz answers, any message you send, and your consent choices.
Please do not submit sensitive or protected information through our general forms — such as Social Security numbers, financial account or card numbers, passwords, detailed medical records or diagnoses, insurance-member ID numbers, or government-issued ID numbers. We do not request or intend to collect this information through our inquiry or matching forms.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers may automatically collect limited technical information, such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring page, and the date and time of your visit, including through cookies and similar technologies.
3. Cookies and analytics
We may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, measure traffic, and understand how the Site is used (for example, through analytics services). You can usually control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the Site works. Where required by law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC).
4. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- review and process your request and identify potentially relevant Partners;
- transmit the information you submitted to selected Partners for the purpose you requested;
- contact you about your request and, where you have consented, about related products or services;
- operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site and our referral process;
- detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues; and
- comply with legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations, including maintaining records of consent.
5. How we share your information
With Partners. When you submit a request and provide any required consent, we share the information you submitted with one or more selected Partners so they may contact you about the products or services you requested. Partners are independent and use your information under their own privacy practices.
With service providers. We use trusted vendors to operate the Site and our communications — for example, hosting and infrastructure providers and email-delivery providers — who process information on our behalf under appropriate obligations.
For legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SRG, our users, or others.
Business transfers. If SRG is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
“Sale” or “sharing” under state law. Because we share the information you submit with Partners for their marketing purposes, this activity may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under certain state privacy laws. You may opt out at any time (see Sections 6 and 7).
6. Your choices
You can opt out of being contacted and ask us to add you to our internal Do-Not-Contact and suppression list at any time by:
- submitting our Do Not Contact form;
- replying STOP to a text message, or asking a caller not to contact you again;
- using any opt-out or unsubscribe mechanism we provide; or
- emailing [email protected] or calling (940) 629-2836.
Because Partners are independent and maintain their own lists, if a Partner has contacted you, you should also ask that Partner directly to stop.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) and similar laws in other states. These may include the right to:
- know or access the personal information we hold about you;
- request correction or deletion of your personal information;
- opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information and of targeted advertising; and
- not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your rights.
To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected] or (940) 629-2836, or use our Do Not Contact form. We will verify your request as required by law and respond within the timeframe the law provides. You may designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf where permitted. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals we know to be under 16.
8. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to facilitate referrals, maintain records of consent and opt-outs, resolve disputes, and comply with our legal obligations, after which we take steps to delete or de-identify it.
9. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect the information we handle. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.
11. Third-party websites
The Site may link to Partner or other third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. Your use of a third party’s website is governed by that third party’s own privacy policy.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision, and material changes will be communicated as required by law. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
